Work that isn’t listed on your contract will not be carried out on the property. Signing of this contract will enter you into a legal binding agreement, please carefully check the content before signing.
No allowance has been made for obtaining any necessary statutory approvals relevant to National or Government Regulations. Assistance will be provided to the client in obtaining such approval.
We confirm that your completion date will be our practical completion. Your final snagging list must be received within two weeks of our practical completion so that we may finalise our works promptly.
Installation dates are approximate and therefore a guide as to when the installation will commence. Proplas Developments Ltd (PDL) cannot be held responsible for loss resulting in extending the date of installation.
If you inform PDL that the installation is not complete because of a minor defect, we will investigate. Any amount you withhold because of the minor defect must not be more than the amount which is reasonably related to the defect.
The agreed contact value for your installation is to be paid on satisfactory completion of works.
Overdue accounts will be charged at an interest rate of 8% over and above The Bank of England base rate. Any part payment will go towards the interest payments first, unless other arrangements have been agreed with us in writing. If payment is not forthcoming under our agreed terms, clients maybe referred to a adjudication or alternatively to our Debt Collection Agency or County Court. Further charges may be levied in respect of costs incurred in collecting the debt.
All stated prices are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate.
Property on all materials shall not pass to the customer until payment in full has been received.
All of our products carry a guarantee which will be stated on your guarantee document. Products are further extended by a Manufacturer’s Warranty.
The Guarantees will not apply if: Any faults arise from specifications you gave us, any faults arise from fair wear and tear, deliberate damage, accidental damage, negligence, failure to follow our instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without our approval.
The Guarantee will become void unless payment is made in full to PDL.
If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with your contract, it can be cancelled within 14 days of the date in which the contract was signed. In your own interest, any cancellations should be sent Recorded Delivery.
