Peter Lindley the MD was very helpful with all aspects of the work from quotation to invoicing. Tony and Colin carried out fascia and guttering work for us and also did roofing and pointing work. We are highly satisfied with the work carried out and would not hesitate to recommend them. Tony and Colin cleared away any mess every night and left everything as they found it. Finding good workmen is a minefield, this work however turned out to be a good experience.

Lindley Developments were great contacting me on bank holiday Monday. We had an issue with a flat conservatory roof which had bowed under the weight of the snow. As the snow melted the roof returned to its original shape and there were no signs of leaks. Lindley Developments advised to wait until the roof actually starts leaking. Free genuine, honest advice, can’t ask for much more. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Peter Lindley came to show us examples of his work and advised it would be 2 to 3 weeks. 12 days later I got a call to say that they would be doing it on the following Monday. They came as promised, were very friendly, did the work in two days. Tidied up after themselves and from what we can see the job looks very good.

Whilst the job turned out to be bigger than expected due to the condition of some roof timbers (originally we thought only slats were the problem), we were guided through the whole process from quotation to completion in a very friendly & professional way. Peter was very caring & went well beyond what one has become to expect from a tradesman. The work was carried out efficiently & all aspects of the job were discussed at every stage. Very highly recommended. We even had a garden wall rebuilt in addition!

I was very happy with the works Lindley Developments did to my house. They replaced a flat roof, replaced timber cladding with PVCu on my dormers, replaced all the leadwork on my dormers, and insulated as they went. The end result looks great. Peter Lindley the MD is very professional, and his team were very efficient and tidied up well after every day. I would recommend them to anyone.
